Re-admission Procedure for SVPS Children from Sr. Kg to 1st Std
(The application forms are available online or at school Office.)
INSTRUCTIONS
AGE LIMIT for 1st Std. admission is 6 years (1-10-2015 to 31-12-2015)
It is mandatory for all the students of SR.KG (of our school) going to Std I (Academic Year 2022-23) to submit a duly filled and signed Re-Admission form.
The form will be available on our website or School Office
Kindly fill-in the form, Or print and fill-in the details and submit it along with a copy each of the documents mentioned below to the School Admin Office.
- Birth Certificate
- Caste Certificate / Baptism Certificate as applicable.
- Aadhar Card of both the parents.
- Permanent or temporary address of both the parents.
